Woven is a national network dedicated to creating safe, affordable, and sustainable communities where women can thrive. Our focus is on supporting women who want to balance independence with connection.
Through a simple monthly subscription, you’ll gain access to resources, educational webinars, and a growing network of people exploring tiny homes, cohousing, and intentional communities as pathways to more affordable and connected living.
The first step is simple: become a member and join the movement.
-
While many tiny home parks or cohousing groups focus only on the housing itself, Woven is both a national network and a support system. We connect you with like-minded people, provide education through webinars and resources, and guide you from idea to reality.
Our goal is to make it easier to form or join communities that are affordable, safe, and supportive — with the added strength of a national membership behind you.
Joining the Woven Network ensures you’re not starting this journey alone.
-
Not at all. Many members join Woven simply to learn, meet others, and explore possibilities. When you’re ready to live in a Woven community, you’ll eventually bring your own home — but your membership is valuable from day one, even if you’re just beginning to explore tiny houses or cohousing.
-
Woven’s mission is inspired by the desire to create communities where women can thrive. At the same time, we do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, family status, disability, or any other protected class under Fair Housing law.
Anyone who believes in safe, affordable, intentional community living — and in supporting women and neighbors — is welcome to join the Woven Network.
-
Your monthly membership includes:
Access to live and recorded webinars on tiny homes, cohousing, and intentional community development
Practical toolkits and resources to guide you through each stage of building or joining a community
Opportunities to connect with other members nationwide and in your local area
Support from the Woven team to grow your group, explore zoning and financing, and market your community
Your membership is the foundation for turning your housing vision into reality.
-
Membership is a low monthly subscription designed to stay affordable. There are no long-term commitments, and you can cancel anytime. Our goal is to keep Woven accessible to anyone who believes in building safe, affordable, supportive communities.
-
When you join, you’ll share your city and state so Woven can help connect you with others nearby. Through online networking, virtual events, and introductions from our team, you’ll meet people in your region who are also ready to explore affordable housing, tiny home living, and community-driven neighborhoods.
-
Each resident brings their own tiny home and pays a monthly fee that covers pad rental, utilities, and shared amenities. At the heart of each Woven community is a Common House — a space for meals, gatherings, workshops, laundry, and guest stays.
This model keeps living costs affordable while blending the privacy of your own home with the connection and support of intentional community living.
-
We want to hear from you! The Woven team is already working with municipalities in the Northwest and Midwest to make new communities possible. Starting a community begins with your vision, and we provide the guidance, resources, and introductions you’ll need to gather members, secure land, and navigate zoning and financing.
If you’ve ever dreamed of living with friends or like-minded neighbors, becoming a Woven member is your first step.
-
No problem! All webinars and information sessions are recorded and available to members on-demand. That means you can learn at your own pace, revisit resources anytime, and never miss out on the support you need.
If you’d like a more personal touch, a member of the Woven team can also connect with you one-on-one at a time that works best for your schedule.
